Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Red Fox Lacrosse Co. If for any reason you are not happy with your gear, we accept returns of unused and unstrung items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, returned items must be in new condition and include all original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or the error was on our end. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, we’re happy to assist with that as well. Exchanges are available for unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-dyed, personalized, or strung gear cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, opened or used balls, mesh, and all clearance or final sale items are non-returnable.
